Who we are and acceptance
This website and our apps are operated by High Quality Technology, Inc. ("High Quality", "we", "us"), a Puerto Rico company. By using the site or the apps, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
When you buy a product or service from us, such as a point of sale installation, a license or custom development, the quote or contract we sign with you takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Using the site
The content on this site is for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions, and products, features and availability may change without notice. Some screenshots use demo data. Before deciding on a purchase, ask for a demo and a quote.
This site doesn't sell products online or process payments. Pricing is provided by quote.
Our apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive permission to use our apps for their intended purpose. Besides these terms, the conditions of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded the app from also apply.
- Many accounts are created by your company's administrator. You look after your username, password and PIN, and you're responsible for what's done with them.
- Some apps work with a system at your company (for example, HQWMS or Microsoft RMS) and depend on that system and the connection being up.
- We may update, change or stop offering an app or any of its features.
Farmacias PR is for sending prescriptions, refills and orders to your pharmacy. It doesn't replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist, and the pharmacy decides how and when it fills them. In an emergency, call 911.
Other companies' products
We also sell and install other companies' products, such as Microsoft Dynamics RMS, Retail Management Hero, Aldelo POS, Shopify, payment processing and security equipment. Those products come with their own terms, licenses and warranties from the manufacturer or provider.
What's not allowed
When using the site or the apps, you may not:
- Use them for anything illegal or to help others do so.
- Provide false information or impersonate someone else.
- Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against others.
- Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to get around security.
- Copy, resell or exploit the site, the apps or their content without our written permission.
- Scrape data automatically or collect other people's information.
If you don't follow these terms, we may suspend or close your access.
What you send us
You're responsible for what you send through the site, the apps, WhatsApp or email, and for having the right to send it. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve our products with no obligation to pay you for them. Your personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The site's content, our apps, our software and our brands belong to High Quality Technology, Inc. or its licensors. Other companies' trademarks shown here, such as Microsoft, Apple, Google or Shopify, belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify their products.
Links to other sites
The site links to other companies' sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Questions or complaints about those products should go to those companies.
Warranties and liability
The site and apps are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee they will always work without interruptions or errors. The warranty for any product or service you buy is set out in your quote, your contract or the manufacturer's warranty.
To the extent the law allows, High Quality Technology, Inc., its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from using or being unable to use the site or the apps.
Indemnification
If someone brings a claim against us because of something you did in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to be responsible for it and to cover reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees.
General provisions
- Termination: you can stop using the site or the apps at any time. Anything owed before then remains in effect.
- Severability: if any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with the privacy policy and any contract signed with you, are the agreement between you and us about using the site and the apps.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction in Puerto Rico.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with its date. If you keep using the site or the apps after a change, you accept the new version.
